Course Registration Guidelines

To register for Great Falls continuing education courses, please refer to the course schedule to make sure you have the correct Course Request Number (CRN), date, time, room and cost information. *Note - You must enter a CRN on the registration form.  These are available on both printed and online schedules.

To obtain a registration form, you have the following options:

• download a registration form (forms located to the right)
• have the registration form emailed to you

• have us fax you the registration form
  (click here and we will fax you one) OR
• have us mail you registration form (click here).
  
  Payment is due along with the registration form, OR, if you are paying by credit card, you must include all of the information for the charge on the form, OR, if it is third party billing, make sure you include all of the information for the third party who will be responsible for payment.
  
  
• You may FAX your completed form
  with your credit card or

It is required that you put your date of birth, and sign the form or we will not be able to register you.

NOTE! If you are registering for a credit-bearing course, you must fill out a PCE Application. If you have never attended MSU-GF COT or any other MUS campuses, you will be required to pay a one-time, non-refundable, $30 application fee. (This applies only to credit-bearing courses).
