Coming June 8 - 12!
MSU–Great Falls, in partnership with OPI and the Montana Business Education Association, MBEA, will be bringing you the 6th annual MT EdTech Summit 2009, formerly the MT Institute on Educational Technology, MIET. This event will continue to combine seminars on current classroom technologies, best practices and applications, but will have even more to offer with vendor exhibits and a meet-and-greet dinner! This year’s keynote will be Kevin Honeycutt, speaking on Trends, Tactics and Tools for 21st Century Learning.

Bring your laptops! - Kevin will conduct a hands-on computer workshop after lunch!

Location
Montana State University-Great Falls College of Technology campus, located at 2100 16th Avenue South, Great Falls, MT 59405.

 

OPI Renewal Units
All courses are eligible for the Office of Public Instruction (OPI) Renewal Units. One Renewal Unit form is required for each class attended. One hour of class time is equal to one Renewal Unit. Forms will be available at registration.

 

Graduate Credits
Participants who register for all five (5) days of the Institute, with a minimum of 32 hours of class time, will be eligible to receive two (2) graduate credits through MSU–Bozeman. In order to receive the credits, participants will be required to pay tuition of $227.95 (payable to MSU–Bozeman) plus complete an additional assignment to be submitted with the MSU–Bozeman registration form at the end of the Institute.

Note: The $227.95 tuition for graduate credits is in ADDITION to the registration fees listed below and is not due until the end of the Institute.
